Hi guys! I hope y’all are doing fine today! I’m not very happy at the moment because of the weather here in Belgium. I’m craving summer but we still have very low temperatures and rain here… However, I’m going to use this opportunity to show you guys another outfit that is perfect for the mid-season!
I recently discovered fashion brand VI.E, aka Six Edges, a young Belgian menswear clothing label. Six Edges is a fashion brand that focusses on quality, durability, skill and personality. They want to emphasize every person’s unique angle through fashion. They kind of recreate classic wardrobe essentials with their own, personal touch and the most qualitative and special fabrics. Their collections will never not impress you!
I discovered Six Edges a while ago when I was looking for new, cool brands and I immediately loved it. The first thing I bought at Six Edges is this sweater called ‘The Scuba Sweatshirt’. It’s a regular fit sweatshirt in deep ocean blue with a rubber tone on tone logo on the left and a stitch in the middle starting from the neckline. These details together with the special fabric, which makes the sweatshirt a little ‘stiff’ and makes sure that the fabric doesn’t really fall, make the sweatshirt from Six Edges really unique and different from other brands.
Underneath my sweater, I decided to wear my new ZARA jean. It’s a blue, loose fit jean that is slightly ripped at the bottom. I’ve been looking for a loose, mom-ish jean for a while but never found one I really liked. I’m very difficult when it comes to jeans or trousers, because I have like a phobia for loose fits. Now normally, I always want my jeans to be tight. But when I fitted this one I kind of really liked it. I also liked the effect when I rolled the ripped part so that I got a small, white border.
I also chose to wear my new rain jacket from Esprit. It’s a very light, simple jacket in a khaki green color. This jacket is super pretty, totally rainproof and it keeps me perfectly warm. The light color of the jacket fitted the darker colors of my sweatshirt and jean perfectly and gave the outfit more color. I always forget that Esprit has some really nice clothes too so when I visit an Esprit shop, I’m totally surprised every time I find something.
I also wore my beige Nike Air Force sneakers I got at Zalando, again! Can’t help it but they just fit with almost every outfit and every color combination. Besides that, they just feel sooo good you guys! I’ve never ever had painful feet in these sneakers, and that’s a first! For this shoot, I teamed up with Ruben again who made these awesome pictures! Give him some love guys!
