Hi peops! I know I haven’t posted anything in a long time, it’s been one month since my last post, shame on me!! Don’t blame me, I can’t help it. Exams have been killing my social life the last few weeks, but today was my last one so I’m totally back! In a few days, vacation starts (YAY!!) so I’ll have a lot of time to write new post for you guys! I’m full of ideas, so stay tuned! In this blogpost I’ll tell y’all how I spent my studybreaks, enjoying these fruity, selfmade Ice Pops!
Since we had very good weather past week with reasonably high temperatures, I needed to find some refreshment! Tell me, what is more refreshing than some healthy, selfmade Ice Pops? Nothing, right! And that’s exactly what I though too, so I took a break, threw away my books for a while and started experimenting. It didn’t take me too long to decide which ingredients I was going to use, since I am a fool for cucumber and mint lately and they are very fresh and tasty! All you need on a hot day!
These pops are really easy to make, and it only takes 10 minutes! You just have to mix the ingredients, pour them into the Icepopforms and put them in the freezer. Easy peasy, right?! I mixed the cucumber with some water, and the mint with some citron and some water. Delicious! These Ice Pops are the perfect refresheners on hot summer days, and you can prepare them with whatever ingredients you like! It’s all up to you!
Have you finished your exams yet? How did you spent your studybreaks?
Glenn
